Returns Policy.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Each refund will be treated on a case by case basis depending on circumstances. Refunds must be reported to NIGHT VISION INC. by email at Glynn@ownnight.com along with the invoice number, contact information and member id.
No shipments will be accepted without an RMA number.
It is under the full discretion of NIGHT VISION INC. management to allow or deny refunds which fall outside of the scope of this policy.
Refund Policy.
You have 15 days after product purchase to request a refund. All products that fall outside of the DOA policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is charged  because all units must be sent back to the factory to be inspected, recalibrated refurbished and repackaged. We advise that you purchase your products with care and consult if you are not sure of the application or capability of your product.
